Demolition of existing conservatory. Full refurbishment,

rear extension and loft conversion to existing house.

DESCRIPTION

Original semi-detached bungalow had previously been extended with the addition of a PVC-u conservatory, accessed through kitchen. Conservatory was demolished and the rear of the property was extended full width, extensively upgraded and redeveloped to create a large, spacious open plan family room with dining area. Existing kitchen was extended and altered. New paved patio and steps to lower garden level. Large glazing sections and patio door system were designed, creating a very bright living space with natural daylight. New velux roof windows were added over the pitched roof areas to provide additional natural daylight. The room was further complimented with the installation of a wood burning stove. Roof space was converted and staircase formed within altered hallway accessing two additional bedrooms, including large master bedroom, en-suite and walk-in wardrobes. A mix of dormers and velux windows front and back. The principal living space of the house was completely transformed with the new addition, creating a contemporary, aesthetically pleasing family living space.
